These terms cover the AI visibility audit services Perpetuallie provides. By booking a call or engaging us, you agree to them. This is honest boilerplate for a consulting service. If we ever sign a separate written agreement with you, that agreement takes precedence.
What we provide
We audit how AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity) answer buyer-intent questions in your category, deliver a report showing how often AI names you, a competitor comparison, and a fix list in order, and, depending on your plan, a walkthrough call and monthly rechecks.
What we don't provide
Unless we agree to a separate, paid implementation engagement, we hand you the findings and your own team implements the changes. We do not guarantee a specific ranking, score, or outcome: AI models are third-party systems that change constantly and are outside our control. Our work is a rigorous, repeatable measurement and a best-practice roadmap, not a promise of a particular result.
Payment
Pricing is as shown on our site: a one-time audit at £1,299 or a monthly plan at £999 per month, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The monthly plan renews each month and can be cancelled before the next cycle; there is no long-term lock-in.
Confidentiality
We treat the business information you share for an audit as confidential and use it only to perform the work.
Liability
Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
