Founder, Perpetuallie

I check every audit personally.

Perpetuallie started from a simple, uncomfortable question: when a buyer asks ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity to recommend a company like yours, what does it actually say? Most founders and marketing teams have never checked, because until recently there was no easy way to. I built the audit to answer that question properly, run every prompt myself, and score the results the same way every time, so the number means something.

The audit is deliberately vendor-neutral: you get the findings and the fix list, and your own team implements the changes. That's not an accident. Your team already knows your site, your CMS, your brand voice, and your constraints, so the work gets done faster and more accurately than it would if an outside agency was guessing at your codebase. It also keeps the audit honest: there's no incentive to inflate the problem when the fee doesn't depend on a bigger implementation contract.

If you'd rather not run the fixes yourself, that's a separate, optional engagement, scoped after the audit, not baked into it. Either way, I check every audit personally, so when you get on a call, you're talking to the person who actually tested the prompts, not an account manager reading a report someone else wrote.
