Is this just SEO with a new name?
No. Backlinks barely move AI answers. A 75,000-brand Ahrefs study found plain brand mentions with no link at all matched AI visibility better than backlinks did. We do the off-site work backlinks never touched: Reddit threads, YouTube, press, G2, comparison pages, entity fixes. Content is one piece of six, not the whole job.
Can you guarantee ChatGPT recommends me?
No, and anyone who does is lying or about to spam you. Models are not deterministic. What we guarantee instead: the work ships, the same seven numbers get reported the same way every month, and if your share of model hasn't moved in 90 days we keep working free until it does, or you walk.
How is this different from an AI visibility dashboard?
Dashboards tell you that you're invisible. We go and fix it: content, entity data, reviews, press, video. The dashboard is a byproduct of the audit we hand you, not the product we're selling.
How long until anything moves?
Content and third-party mentions take roughly 60 to 90 days to show up in model answers. We re-run the exact same audit at day 90 of a sprint and show you the before and after. Anyone promising results faster than that is guessing.

Do you spam Reddit or buy reviews?
No. We comment as people with real, size-qualified opinions that name options we don't represent, because that's the only thing that survives moderation and the only thing models actually retrieve and quote. Buying reviews gets accounts banned and produces nothing citable.

Which AI engines do you actually track?
ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini through their APIs, each question sampled 5 to 10 times. Google AI Mode has no public API, so we sample it by hand and label it separately in every report. We will never present a hand-sampled number as an API number, and you shouldn't trust anyone who does.
Who do you actually work with?
B2B software companies in the UK and Europe, 3 to 50 million in revenue, in a crowded category where buyers ask AI for alternatives and best-of shortlists. We work HR and people tech most closely today: Personio, HiBob, Factorial, Deel and that tier of category. The method is identical in any B2B software category with the same shape of buyer question.
Is Perpetuallie a digital marketing agency?
No. Perpetuallie is an AI Shortlist Audit agency. We do not run Google Ads, manage social media accounts, build marketing funnels, or offer general digital marketing services. We do one thing: we test what ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Mode tell B2B buyers about your software, then we fix the wrong answers. The confusion comes from our name, which sounds like "perpetually," but it is not a dictionary word. It is a brand name.

Is Perpetuallie a subscription billing platform or recurring-revenue tool?

No. Perpetuallie is an AI Shortlist Audit agency, not an HR technology product. We work with HR software companies as clients: we audit and fix how AI engines describe them. We do not provide HRIS, payroll processing, employer-of-record services, or any other HR technology. Our clients include companies in the HR tech space like core HR, payroll, ATS, and performance management vendors, but Perpetuallie itself is a service agency, not a software product.
